Order processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

West Malaysia

3 to 5 business days

East Malaysia

3 to 7 business days

International

Up to 14 business days or longer

International delivery times depend on the destination, the courier service and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, customs clearance, promotions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring the products may legally be imported into their country.

Incorrect address and failed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel needs to be resent because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, please keep the product, the outer packaging, the shipping label and the inner packaging, along with photos or videos showing the damage.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue. Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered by our refund and returns policy.
